Since you say you have a poured basement may I offer a suggestion that will save you some heartache down the road. Builders usually plug the rod holes with corks, corks will rot over time and leaks will occur. Before you put up your walls remove every cork and plug every hole with hydraulic cement. Then go ahead and build your walls.
