First off, you did not mention anything about moisture. Put a two foot strip of duct tape down for a couple of days, then pull up and look for moisture underneath. If you have signs of water or moisture, yoe have to solve that prooblem first.

Next, I assume you want to put down some type of hardwood floor. I don't know what "sprung" is or means? I would recommend laying an oak parquet floor.

However, its not clear what you are asking for. Maybe you could have a westling ring installed. Very springy!
