I have an area under porch on a barn that is approx. 10' x 20'. It has a concrete slab floor and is open on both 10' ends and one 20' side, with a wooden wall at the other 20' side. I plan to build a wall about 3' tall on the 3 open sides and screen the remainder in up to the beam. The door will be on one of the 10' ends. I want to arrange me a nice outdoor cooking area to include a sink, frying/ boiling area for frying fish, french fries, turkeys, and cooking such things as low country boils. Also on one end I wouild like to build me a barbeque pit for barbequing whole hogs as well as being used for grilling steaks, chicken, hamburgers, etc. I am not sure how to design this for propper cooking area, fire box, coal area and ventilation. Can anyone help me out?
