badly deteriorating floors in part of the house, can they be fixed and how?

The floors in a house are badly deteriorating in part of the house, sloped and basically down to the ground. the roof appears okay, but I am trying to determine what can be done to fix the floors. Can concrete be poured? Obviously there is no basement. What other methods can be used, what kind of timeframe and costs are associated with this project. I will need outside help. Is it feasible? The furnace is good, the roof recently redone, the property is fine. Is this salvageable? Please E-Mail me with replys as soon as possible. I am not living in this place right now but plan to be if I can save it. Please help.

I'm not a Contractor or builder and will have to hire help for this project. Please advise. The walls appear to be straight. Thanks!
