With the snow and winds last night, there is a good chance that many new plumbing problems may appear. The houses that I can see have no or little snow on the north, east or west roof faces but over 3 feet on the south sides. I would not be surprised that many will have problems because the snow, or ice forming later, will choke their plumbing roof stacks. This will cause their plumbing drains to work slower than normal. Like putting a finger on top of a straw in a liquid, air will not be able to find it's way in as it normally does. This will resolve itself as the snow and ice melts.
