Well,I have 100 ft X 200 ft property in flood area
My property is a feet higher than around but still sometimes i have a lot of water (grand is wet and my sump pump in basement works all the time)I just bought it and house is from 1940 and i don,t think that is any pipe-drainage system all around the house, under the basement floor and nothing on yard.I can,t put pipes with drainage to the street becaise i will have a lot water in front and entrance in the house. From the front of property (where is the house)to the back(200ft)is a about 2 ft difrence the house in front property is on a litte higher ground, but i even thought about equal everything becouse i have in plan tenis court in the end of property. What is your opinion?I know that a lot of work need to be done but I can do it.(One more information property is seround by forest(woods)
