Autoshut off

They have a wireless radio controlled main water shutoff valve which can be activated by any number of remote water sensors. I believe $350 gets you one shutoff valve and three sensors. The also have temperature sensors so that if the temp. gets below about 28 degrees, so that there is a possbility of pipes freezing, the main is shut off. Doesn't stop pipes from freezing, but you don't get massive flooding when they thaw out.
