automatic shutoff valve

I have an intermittent water sprinkling system that would benefit from an automatic shutoff valve that closes when a drop in pressure downstream occurs and would re-open again when the pressure downstream increases again. I would prefer to have this valve adjustable. It would automatically re-open again when the pressure differences between upstream and downstream becomes less than 40 PSI for example . I would like this valve to operate from the pressure differences alone, and not require anything electronic.
