Bob, you might want to rethink this. Along with a dust-free shelter, it might be nice if you were able to breathe while you were painting. Many of today's auto paints have some really nasty fumes and some of the best paints like Imron are downright deadly. If you try to build any kind of shelter that is dust-free, you need to filter the incoming and the outgoing air for dust and overspray. You need to check the specs on the paint to see what kind of user protection is required during spraying. You might be well ahead of the game to do the prep work yourself and have a buddy with a body shop do the painting in a spray booth that is already set up for this.
