I personally am not allergic to anything, but my children make up for that! Between them, they are allergic to most everything... But my main concerns with moving and allergies are: Animal dander, mold and smoke. Since the house was built in 1977, I'm not sure of exactly what we might encounter. I do know the present owners have a dog and cat, yet the house does not have a "pet smell." And, the home inspector could not detect any mold problems. Any smoke particles would have been taken care of when the current owners repainted the house. The kids are also allergic to paint and other fumes, but they will eventually disapate. By now, I'm sure you're thinking that living in a plastic bubble might be easier...

Thanks Ron!
