You should have the realitor explain all of the codes they use on their forms so that you are informed.

It could be Concrete Primarily or something entirely different.

However, the important thing is to inspect the foundation for cracks, bowing, signs of leakage (mildew), stress, etc. and don't worry about the silly codes.
