I do not think you have any problem with asbestos siding as long as it is in good condition. the lead paint inside your home is a different problem and there are a couple of ways of handling that problem. The onw way you solve it forever is to remove it and that can be done with aremover like PEEL AWAY I that will do the job in a single application. The system is always keeping the paint in a wet or damp state so there is no airborne lead dust which is the #1 problem for lead. Your other choice if the surfaces are in decent condition is to use a good Lead Encapsulant coating rather than just painting. TYhis can be done on the flat surfaces but any friction surface like door and window frames nbeed to be stripped. You can obtain more info on all of this at
