Our family moved into our "first" house a few months ago. I know absolutely nothing about good vs. bad windows. Our realtor told us they were replacement windows, and that they were a good thing to have, but I'm not quite sure if she knew what she was talking about. The windows are all white metal. The screens slide in along a track, as does the top glass section toward the outside of the window. For some reason many of these pieces were not correctly in the tracks when we moved in. At the very top of the windows on each side there are rectangular pieces that fold down into a larger groove along the side of the window. This can be raised, and the window sections can be removed from the frame. So, what category do these windows fit into: bad, fair, good, etc. ? Thank you for your help.
