You have a choice of red, blue, white, or florescent chalk. Blue is for general purpose, Red is more permanent, making it a good choice for lines that must survive a few days of weather. White is easy to remove and is best for painting and wallpapering, where colors would bleed through. Florescence is to see easier on some surfaces. Always blow away chalk, never wipe away.
