And lastly, some 'schools' suggest that the sleepers be set in mastic and installed w/concrete nails (which is best done w/a power nail gun that's specifically used for nailing in concrete. On the side, if you go this route, be SURE you are taught how to use it, and that you have a LOT of extra nails and shots, and that you know you can't re-use the 'bad hole' once a nail has been hit into a particular spot in the concrete.)
