Steve's 'plan' is certainly doable. However, if I was a prospective home buyer, bells and whistles would go off if I saw a number of repairs to the floor. As long as the cracks are very minor and you don't have water coming through them, PERSONALLY, I wouldn't do anything. If you don't have water coming up, make sure you tell your Realtor, "Yes, there are SETTLING cracks but you DON'T see any water/mosture related problems." I have some on my basement floor and wall too that are very, very minor. There isn't a moisture problem here and we've had severe ice storms, rains, and so on over the past 6 years in SE PA.
