Angle Valve

If you turned down the angle valve, and you are still getting heat, the angle valve is not working correctly. Inside the valve is a cylander which turns and opens allowing the water to enter into the radiator. Once in a while the handle and the cylander become disconnected. Unfortunately, the only way to repair them is to shut down the system, drain the radiator and fix or replace the valve.
