The first thing that I would do is check with the store that sold it to and ask them for a couple of names of professional installers that have actually put it up for their other customers. The next thing depends on your experience level and how intricate the job is. Call a couple of the pros and ask them how hard it was, what paste, any special tools, etc. If you get lucky, you will find one that likes to talk or that will come by for a half hour lesson. You might even have him do a small room and you can watch how he does it. If he wants a couple of bucks for this, it will probably still be money well spent. Also, I know that there are some web sites that I found via Yahoo or Alta Vista with some info.
