Dear Jerome Lumpkin, Don't be a pumpkin head, don't listen to LJ, aluminumpkin siding is nothing like vinylumpkin siding. How do you expect to nail it through the nailer strip if the sheet above the loose one is in the way, without bending the one above it over thereby making that sheet look like a horse's ass? LJ, if you have some wonder tool that bends and unbends siding I would be interested to know where you got this magical tool. At any rate if the siding is loose and flapping in the wind then the jack ass that installed it in the first place didn't install it correctly and the guy should probably redo the whole house because if you can't at the very least get one piece of siding up completely in the catch of the previous piece of siding then the rest of the job has got to look like complete hell. The guy who did the job in the first place probably shouldn't be doing siding at all.
Glad to be of help and LJ don't give advice about stuff you know absolutely nothing about.
