We have property here in South Carolina that does not pass a soil sample test and therefore a regular septic system is not allowed. We have priced above ground systems and they are cost prohibitive. Isn't there something out there, with all the new technology around, that we can use and still not go broke? Another problem is that we will need a deep well. Try building on a piece of property that has these problems. The possibility of city or county sewage in the near future isp, for all intents and purposes, zero.

Please let me know if you have any information on affordable alternate septic units.

Thanks bunches,
