You can e-mail them or call them and they may be able to pinpoint your problem.
Make certain that you bought the right element and that all of the connections are good.
You can check the operation of the sensors -- if the elemenet is getting power while the dryer is on, then the sensors are probably working. If the element is not getting power, then trace your way back through the circuitry until you find the switch or sensor that is not letting the the power through. This can be tricky to do with a running dryer, so be very careful. If you don't have experience working around live circuits, then DON'T DO IT! Call a pro.
