thanks for more info. Sounds like you had the linoleum installed over existing linoleum and may have seen it get installed. I dont kow if you can heat the adhesive to get it to release with out tearing the linoleum to attempt to re-attach the bubbled areas, really depends on the type of adhesive used! I suggest you consult a flooring specialist to get a proper assessment of your options to resolve this problem and make the right recommendation for the fix. I dont know if you can get adhesive under the bubble without puncturing it or cutting it slightly ,,either may show after fixing it ....consult a pro on this one.
