Hi, Frank. It's all available. Flexible riser lines are common now. If you need a higher closet flange to bolt your toilet to because of the added thickness of your floor, adapter flanges are available. Don't forget that you will need a new wax ring and new closet bolts. For what it's worth, I make a long roll of plumbers putty (about 1/2" diameter)and apply it to the bottom of the toilet before setting the toilet in place. Then put the closet on the bolts and press down to spread the putty. A lot will squeeze out. Next, put on the washers and nuts and tighten carefully so you do not crack the ceramic closet. Then you will probably have to cut the bolts to length for the cover caps. Finally, cut the squeezed out putty away and it can be reused. This seals the closet to the floor and gives it a little cushion. You should check the bolts in a couple of weeks as additional use might squeeze out more putty.

Good luck
