Whenever we use our dishwasher, the water overflows into our sink. My friend thinks there is something wrong with either our sink or our dishwasher. I tried to explain to him that there is nothing wrong with the sink or the dishwasher. I told him that whenever we put alot of dishes in the dishwasher, the water flows or squirts out from the airgap. He still insists that that is not normal and it should be fixed because his and his mother does not overflow like that. I told him that maybe they don't have that much dishes in the dishwasher. He said it din't matter....the water should not come out from there! How can I convince him that that is just a normal thing? That is why it's there (the airgap) in the first place and that is also the purpose of the little holes in it, so the water will come out from it. Can you please e-mail me back with a full explanation....so I can convince him that there is nothing wrong with our sink or our dishwasher? Thanks so much!
