Air in well water system

I have well water. Lately I have had alot of air in the pipes. To the point that when you turn the water on sometimes you get some air coming out before the water starts flowing. Also, if you are taking a bath or a shower the water pressure will be fine for awhile then slowly go down until the water stops. When you turn the water off and wait a minute it flows like normal. I have a filter and softener that recycle every night but these have never caused a problem before. I have had them for a couple years and this problem just started happpening. Someone suggested the bladder in the tank may be bad. Any suggestions.
