I would never advise anyone to buy an electronic air cleaner unless they were my enemy. You have to wash the cells and filters every 2 months, which rarely happens. Also they will break in time and you will have to shell out $300 for a circuit board. I only recomend Research products 2200 or 2400 air cleaners. No electric parts. It is a special filter media which you change just one time a year and does a better job than an electronic. I have been in the hvac field for 23 years. Do not believe what they advertise about electronic air cleaners, they let alot of dirt blow by them, you dont get that with a research products.
