I agree wiith LJ.

Most HVAC guys run one, sometimes two brands of equipment, so look for a Carrier/Bryant HVAC installer in your area and get a bid for the SPECFIC items that you want.

Bryant is a stepchild of Carrier, and is less expensive. Unless the customer requests otherwise, I usually spec Bryant and the supplier will deliver either Carrier or Bryant. For the most part, same specs, same guts, usually just a bit different on the outside.

If you're down south, look at the 14 SEER "PURON" condensers. With a valve it can be tweaked up to 15 SEER.
