The reason the bulb gets stuck is moisture. Wipe a little grease on the socket end of the new bulb before replacing and the problem won't reoccur. This also will keep the socket from rusting out.

This is a must for fixtures around moisture. Aquarium lamps require that you seal the base of the bulb with some grease.
