My husband has been a professional floor installer for over 20 years. I have seen a lot of disasters. My personal belief, I HATE THEM. I do not think these are even a option. I have seen these things in time, get black lines in between the squares and they look dirty and unprofessional. I have never seen them cut correctly. Most people do not realize they need some kind of sealant between the squares and like I said, look terrible with age. I believe if you take the time and research into installing these you may be ok. Just my personal opinion.
