Adding electrical outlets without ripping walls open

I saw on one of Bob's shows, an easy to hook up outlet
extensions without tearing up the walls. It is not one
of those 6-outlet power strips, but looks like track
lighting that one end has a flat plug that goes into
an outlet then goes into the track. You can snap an
outlet on at any spot you need it. It uses, I think,
standard outlets, but in the box that snaps into place
like track lighting. Once you have placed the boxes, you
just take the provide filler strips and snap them into
the track so nothing gets into them. And yes, you can
move them around as you need. I have called Home Depot,
Home Base, Ace, True Value, etc. No help. Thanks for
any direction
