Actually, in many situations it is much easier to sweat with MAPP than with propane or swirl torches. This is based on the target heat of the gas (1100 F v. 2400 F) and that lead-ree solders melt at a higher temp. And last time I checked the cost difference wasn't that great.
Plus many of the joints I will be working on are in very tight locations. So I was hoping to test them out before I had to do any contortionist moves.
Thanks for the info. Though I have sweated plent of joints. Just not to this scale.
