ACC glue

Time and washing will do as well or better. ACC, the chemical abbreviation for Superglue, does not stick to anything oily well--and your skin is oily.

For what it's worth, time is the best remover if you get it in your eyes, too. A model railroad buddy, who was also an eye surgeon, told me that several times and both before and after my daughter did get some in her eyes. The oils and liquids don't let it stick really well and ACC was originally developed for closing the incisions around the eyes during surgery.
