abundance of glue oooozing up

Blonde, was this tile not self stick? usually if the prep work was properly done, as it sounds like you did, glue is not needed.

If you applied the glue, how much did you apply? Did you use the glue trowel with the different teeth? Here is where maybe another problem occured that happens alot. Did you wait a good 20 to 30 minutes after applying the glue before you set the tiles?

If you would pull up one tile and see if the glue is still wet on the subfloor. If so, you might want to reconsider your plans.

What you can do now to clean up the glue is to get a rag and pour some alcohol or cleaning fluid on and the glue will disolve and clean up. But if the glue is still wet or has not cured out, the glue will keep on oozing out.

If you live in the south and when the summer gets here, it will oooze even more.
