If Henry or anyone else for this matter is unable to help you, go to Appliance Pro and check out their Troubleshooting Tips URL or you can Ask-A-Tech for help. (You can go to the main WEB page by 'chopping out' the tipsmain.html portion in the Location field of your NETSCAPE Browser (I don't use Microsoft Explorer).
I've spoken to Mike Garrell on a couple of occasions, personally, and his appliance site would prove useful in a lot of respects. I'm sure that if his organization can help you, perhaps in the future, you'll send some business his way. He enjoys the WEB and is very astute in many trades/sciences. Give it a shot if you don't get anywhere on this Forum. In any event, I wouldn't use that dryer until it's fixed. You just never know what might happen the next time you turn it on.
