Hi, Denise,
just cut out a hole in the wall a little bigger than
the A/C unit, you will/should have a tray with brackes
fit the tray on the "outside" of the wall.
then place the A/C unit into the space you have already made
( some people fit a timber frane around the opening first before
placing in the A/C unit.
the unit must be smooth with the wall, on the inside, so most of
the unit it resting on that drip tray you have fitted.
