Assuming your line isn't plugged as steve suggests, it is supposed to drain water to the drain through the drain line from the bottom of the a/c pan. They do need cleaning out every once in a while. The a/c also dehumidifies as it cools the air and during periods of high humidity, they will pull out a lot of water from the air. It can be a lot more than a trickle so you probably don't have anything to worry about if it is hot and humid outside. Where do you live? Also please don't use all caps. It is hard to read.
