There are a few easy things to you can do.
1. Change your filter
2. If you don't change your filter regularly when you use the unit, the coil is probably clogged not allowing the air to flow.
3. Check for air being pulled into the return, where the filter is. If so you probably have a duct opened up that is spilling all the cold air, it would need to be taped up.
4. Check your fusebox, see if you have blown fuses or tripped breakers.
5. Call a repair man

Is there absolutely no air? I know you said no air but we don't always mean what we say. If there is absolutely no air blowing and there are no blown fuses or tripped breakers about the only thing to do is call the repair man.
