I have a local, personal favorite. Finneran & Haley. It's sold in its own Retail Store.

I have had nothing but bad luck with paints and stains bought from the Home Centers. And my 4 year old owns Stock in Home Depot! I still don't recommend their paints. Spend the extra $$$ at a PAINT RETAILER for better paint. If they were the same paint at both stores, do you think the Paint Retailers would be in business? As AT&T use to say, "You get what you pay for." Preparation is where most folks mess up. Depending on what you're painting, make sure you do the proper preparation. Painting is the EASY part.

My best to ya and hope this helps.
