Hard question to answer since there are many variables. Many electricians prefer to supply their own material, but, if they are not busy they will be happy to allow you to supply the equipment. Next, depending on the size of the upgrade (150amp 200amp) you need to determine if the electric company has the correct size wire feed to supply your upgrade. This may be an additional cost. Electricians are generally around the $60 an hour rate. If you find one who will accept your materials and the feed line is the correct size, it should cost you under $250. If the electrician supplies the material, it could vary from $300 to $700. I know it's a big ballpark but remember, there are many variables that I do not know about.
