There was a "Classic" Home Again Program that was about panelized home building. Two things struke be as a concern.
1) The insulating value degrades over time. They quoted on the program R35 walls at the time of construction, with the foam degrading to R27 over time.
2) In order to insure the proper ventalation for the roof, a second layer of roof sheathing was added to the roof using fir strips. This, although effective, seemed lik a lot of added expense.
