i am building a 28x26 garage...i have the area excavated and formed, gravel layed and tampered, rebar put into place... a friend of friend that works for a cement company is going to pour and finish for 2000 dollars , that includes the cement. am i being charged to much? I have no clue. I called around and cement here in Pittsburg Pa runs around 78 bucks a yard delivered on a weekend..They are laying 6 inches around the slab and 4 inches in the middle of the floor. They told me that they will need 11 1/2 yards of cement. So 2 guys that will finish are charging me 1000 bucks . i have no idea if this is a normal fee or am i being taken?
Thanks
Harold
