The T-k1 should have 3/4" gas and water lines to perform correctly. 3.6/3.7 gallon per minute is 75* temp rise to 140* out put temp PLEASE put a anti scald device on your shower so you don't get hurt. I can beat the price you posted but i will not give pricing over the internet.
