Collector Plate. This white, handpainted plate has a woman and a little girl walking to church in the center and floral swags of blue and mauve flowers around border. The plate is signed H. Loux. Back reads, Obernai Faienceries Sarreguemines, France. If plate is turned just right you can see scratches in the center. These would not be noticeable if plate is hung on the wall.
