Humidifall. Not Niagara Falls but pretty none the less. Photo courtesy of

Niagara Falls!

My wife wanted to go to Niagara, but for the cost of the trip I could buy a real working waterfall and install it in my home. Not only would we get the sound of rushing water but it would help condition the air to a comfortable humidity level and help filter out dust, dander and other allergens. If you are bold, you could order a really, really, really big custom one and perhaps even CHARGE admission to tourists. As part of a remodel or addition it would not be hard to install one and it is like a piece of art on your wall that functions as a piece of HVAC equipment.

This is not your grandfather’s backlit rushing waterfall beer sign that your wife makes you keep in the garage. It is a tried-and-true working waterfall.

Our humidifall helps our wood doors and antiques from cracking. It also helps with pet odors and our heating bills. We have changed our panel from marble to mirror for a nice change.
