Arms Reach Bed-Side Sleeper recalled due to suffocation hazard.

Infant Bed-Side Sleepers Recalled Due to Entrapment and Suffocation Hazard

76,000 Infant Bed-Side Sleepers by Arm's Reach Concepts, Inc., have been recalled due to entrapment, suffocation and fall hazards.

The CPSC recall page on this product states that when the fabric liner of the product is not used or securely attached, infants can fall from the mattress into the loose fabric and also can become entrapped between the edge of the mattress and the side of the sleeper, posing a suffocation hazard.

At least 10 reports of falling infants have been recorded. So far no major injuries have been reported.

Consumers who own the Arm's Reach Concepts Infant Bed-Side Sleeper should contact the company at www.armsreach.com to download assembly instructions to make sure that the product is being used properly.

Be sure to check up on all the other reported crib recalls to make sure you don't own a recalled baby product. There have been many recalls over the past couple years.
