Cracked and broken bathroom tiles are easily removed and replaced. There may be water damage to the backing behind the tile, so be prepared for a longer job.

Circular saw blade, wet and dry diamond (Buy) Drill (Buy)
Dust mask (Buy) Hammer (Buy)
Hole cutter, carbide grit (Buy) Level (Buy)
Nails, 5-penny (Buy) Paper (Buy)
Pencil (Buy) Rubber gloves (Buy)
Safety goggles (Buy) Screws, 2 1/2-inch cement board (Buy)
Shim (Buy) Steel wool (Buy)
T-square, 4-foot drywall (Buy) Tape measure (Buy)

Handle sharp tools with extreme caution. Wear eye protection during the demolition process. Work outside in a well-ventilated area, and wear a dust mask and eye protection when cutting cement board. If there are electrical outlets or lights near the working area, turn off power at the circuit breaker before beginning the project.
