Insects love warm electrical components and air conditioners are full of them. If you want to keep insects out, experts say do not use insecticides, because the electrical components will not like them. One option is to get a special cover for your relay switch, but be aware that it has to be installed by an air conditioning technician. The cheapest (and easiest) way to keep them away is to use a flea collar. To install the flea collar, shut the power off to the air conditioner and simply placed the collar near the relay switch.
When laminating, use 1″ vinyl blind slats between your surfaces to align the edges.
You can use several plastic 5-gal. buckets fitted with tough nylon tool holders to help organize your shop. When not being used they can be hung up neatly on screw hooks to the side of your workbench or inside a special cabinet. Using several buckets will allow you to organize in various ways, like inside work, outside work, plumbing work or electrical work.
When installing subfloor plywood it is a good idea to glue it down with a construction adhesive to prevent floor squeaks.
